From the Beginning

EDB originated in 2006, after years of working as a trainer within business, Brad Barber began to look at how to utilise what he had learnt within the Logistics and Management areas and take that to other organisations.

It did not take long to develop a name in the local area. With a professional approach and collaborative style, EDB were soon linked with large organisations to help up-skill staff whilst reducing the cost to businesses both from an out of pocket perspective as well as reducing the downtime of the students so most of the learning is done during their productive periods.

We have steadily grown our team of industry expert trainers with specialised industry skills and have established a footprint within the southeast that is commonly recognised.

The trainers at EDB are industry experts and have years of experience working and training in Logistics, Hospitality, OHS, HR and Business environments.

Providing training services to small, medium and large organizations, we cater to any number of students, on your premises or ours.

Some of the qualifications our trainers possess include a Degree in Psychology, Masters of Human Resource Management, Diploma of Business, Diploma of Management, Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Certificate IV in Training, Assessment and Evaluation, Certificate III in Warehousing Operations, Diploma of Logistics, just to name a few.
